    NOT SATISFIED WITH YOUR PRODUCT?

    We want every JoyArti creation to bring you happiness.
    If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items in their original condition within 14 days of receipt.

    Only items purchased directly from JoyArti’s official website (joyarti.com) are eligible for return.
    We do not currently sell through other retailers or online platforms.

    Returned items must be in original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, and documentation, and must be unused and in resalable condition.

    CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS

    Each customized product is made uniquely for you — based on your photo, text, or design input.
    Because of this, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for personalized items, unless the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

    If your customized product has a quality issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos or a short video showing the problem.
    Once verified, we’ll gladly offer a replacement or refund.

    NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

    • Customized or personalized products (unless defective)

    • Items damaged due to misuse or customer handling

    • Returns made without a valid order number or proof of purchase

    JoyArti reserves the right to deny any return that does not meet the above conditions.

    RETURN SHIPPING

    For non-defective items, customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.
    Depending on your location, returns may need to be sent to one of our regional facilities — which may include locations in the United States, Hong Kong, or mainland China.

    In some cases, we may ask you to provide a photo or short video of the item and packaging before authorizing your return.

    1. Your Order Number (e.g., #JA123456)

    2. Photos or a short video showing the product and complete packaging

    3. Your delivery address

    4. Your contact phone number

    Once we review your request, our team will guide you through the next steps.

    REFUNDS

    Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days after your returned item is received and inspected.
    Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (PayPal, credit card, debit card, etc.).

    • For defective or incorrect products, a full refund or replacement will be provided.

    • For non-defective returns, the refund excludes shipping and handling fees, including return postage.

    CANCELLING OR AMENDING ORDERS

    Because we begin processing orders immediately to maintain quick turnaround times, once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled or amended.

    If you wish to change your mind after placing an order, you may return the item once received, following the policy above (for eligible, non-customized items).
    Return shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility unless the product is faulty.
