1. Do I need an account to place an order?
No — you can check out as a guest.
However, creating an account makes it easier to track your orders, view past purchases, and save your preferences for future creations.
2. Can I change or cancel my order after it’s placed?
Because every JoyArti product is made to order, production starts immediately after your purchase.
Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be canceled or modified.
If you made a mistake in your order, please contact support@joyarti.com as soon as possible — we’ll do our best to help.
3. How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

If your tracking hasn’t updated within 48 hours, contact our support team — we’ll look into it for you.

4. How does JoyArti create customized products?
Our intelligent design engine helps turn your photo or text into a beautiful, ready-to-print design in seconds.
Simply upload your image or type your idea — we’ll take care of the rest.
You can preview your design before placing your order.
5. What kind of photos work best?
High-quality, well-lit images produce the best results.
Avoid blurry, low-resolution, or dark photos.
Centered, front-facing shots with clear backgrounds work best for figurines and printed designs.
6. Can I use copyrighted or celebrity images?
We can only produce designs using content you own or have permission to use.
We respect copyright and intellectual property rights and cannot process orders using unauthorized or trademarked images.
🚚 SHIPPING & DELIVERY
7. Where do you ship?
JoyArti currently ships within the United States only, including Alaska and Hawaii.
We don’t yet offer international shipping, but we’re working on it!
8. How long will my order take to arrive?
Every product is made to order.
Please allow 2–5 business days for production, plus 5–10 business days for shipping.
You’ll receive tracking information once your order ships.
9. How much is shipping?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight.
We occasionally offer free shipping promotions, which will appear automatically during checkout.
10. What if my package is delayed or lost?
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your package, please:

13. How long does it take to receive a refund?
Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
Refunds go back to your original payment method (credit card, debit card, or PayPal).

17. What if my product arrives damaged or defective?
Please contact support@joyarti.com within 7 days of delivery, including photos or a short video showing the issue.
We’ll review your case and arrange a replacement or refund if the item is defective.
