From the moment you upload your photo or idea to the moment it arrives at your door, we make sure your creation is handled with precision, care, and efficiency.
1. Shipping Coverage
JoyArti currently ships within the United States only.
We deliver to all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii, as well as APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
We do not yet offer international shipping — but stay tuned as we expand.
2. Order Processing
Because each item is made to order, production begins as soon as your order is confirmed.
Please allow 2–5 business days for processing and quality inspection before your order ships.
During busy seasons or promotional events, processing may take a little longer, but we’ll always keep you informed via email.
You’ll receive two notifications:

Order Confirmation – right after your purchase.

Shipping Notification – once your item ships, including a tracking number.
3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
All U.S. orders are shipped from our U.S. fulfillment center using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
We automatically choose the best delivery method based on your location and the size of your order.
Estimated delivery times (after shipping):

Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days
Please note:
Orders placed after 5 PM PST or on weekends will begin processing on the next business day.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight.
We occasionally offer free shipping promotions — any applicable discounts will appear automatically at checkout.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your package ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.
You can click the link to view the latest delivery updates from our carrier partners.
Tracking details typically activate within 24–48 hours after shipment.
If your tracking number hasn’t updated after a few days, please contact our team — we’ll be happy to check on it for you.
6. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct before submitting your order.
We are not able to change or redirect orders once they have been placed, as production begins immediately.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can reship it once received — however, reshipping costs will apply.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages
We take great care to ensure your order arrives safely.
If your package arrives damaged or is missing, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at support@joyarti.com.

Our support team will investigate and help arrange a replacement or refund based on your situation.
8. Delivery Confirmation
All orders are delivered by our carrier partners to the address provided at checkout.
If your tracking status shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your package:

Check with neighbors or building staff

Verify your address and mailbox

Contact your local post office for assistance
