1. Order & Production Policy
Every JoyArti product is created especially for you.
Once your order is placed, our intelligent design engine and production partners begin preparing your item right away to ensure a fast turnaround.
Because each piece is made to order, please double-check your photo, text, and design selection before confirming your purchase.
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled or modified.
We’ll send you an order confirmation email immediately after checkout, followed by a tracking number once your package ships.
2. Shipping Policy
JoyArti currently ships worldwide from our main facilities in the United States, Hong Kong, and mainland China, depending on the product type and destination.
You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.
Typical delivery times range from 7–14 business days, depending on your location and customs processing.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.
We’re not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
3. Return Policy
We want you to love what you create with JoyArti.
If your item isn’t quite right, we’ll do our best to make it right.

Customized products are made uniquely for you and are non-returnable unless defective or incorrect.

Non-customized products may be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they’re unused and in original packaging.

6. Warranty Policy
All JoyArti products come with a one-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects.
If you believe your item has a quality issue, please contact our support team with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
We’ll be happy to repair, replace, or refund your product according to our Warranty Policy.
