🛍 Orders & Account
Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you can check out as a guest.
Creating an account is optional, but it does make it easier to track your orders, revisit past purchases, and save your preferences for future creations.
Can I change or cancel my order after it’s placed?
Because every JoyArti item is custom-made just for you, production begins shortly after your order is placed.
Once an order is confirmed, it usually can’t be changed or canceled.
If you notice an issue right after checkout, feel free to email us at support@joyarti.com — we’ll always take a look and see what we can do.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.
If your tracking hasn’t updated after a couple of days, just let us know — we’re happy to help check on it for you.

How does JoyArti create customized products?
Our design system helps turn your photo or words into a balanced, ready-to-print design in just a few moments.
Simply upload your image or idea, preview the result, and place your order when it feels right.
What you see is what you’ll get.
What kind of photos work best?
Clear, well-lit photos usually give the best results.
Try to avoid blurry or very dark images.
Centered, front-facing photos with simple backgrounds tend to work especially well for figurines and printed designs.
Can I use copyrighted or celebrity images?
We can only create designs using images or content you own or have permission to use.
To respect copyright and intellectual property rights, we’re unable to process designs that use unauthorized or trademarked images.
🚚 Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship?
At the moment, JoyArti ships within the contiguous United States only.
We don’t currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations, but we hope to expand in the future.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Every JoyArti product is made to order.
From the time you place your order to delivery, please allow approximately 8–20 business days for your item to arrive.
This timeframe includes production and shipping.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking details by email.
How much is shipping?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order details.
From time to time, we also offer free shipping promotions.
If one is available, it will appear automatically at checkout.
What if my package is delayed or lost?
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your package, we recommend:

What is your return policy?
All JoyArti products are custom-made.
If your item arrives with a quality issue, you may request a return or replacement within 30 days of delivery.
Because each item is personalized, we’re unable to accept returns for reasons other than quality-related concerns.

How do I request a return or replacement?

How long does it take to receive a refund?
Once your return or issue is reviewed and approved, refunds are typically processed within 10 business days.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

We accept major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express, as well as PayPal and Shopify Payments.

What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
